The Pursuit of Perfect: How to Stop Chasing Perfection and Start Living a Richer, Happier Life

When will I have a happy life that doesn't contain fear, sadness, anxiety? Because these emotions aren't contained in happy people's lives.

When will I have a life full of success? A life full of success and there is no failure and disappointment.

People in my environment say about; why we live under some limits, sometimes we have to make concessions and pull back, there is an impossible thing that we can have everything in a moment in life. But these sound crazy. For speaking to myself limits are in the human brain, we should never make concessions, we can have whatever we want in a short time.

People in my environment see me as so successful but I am seeing myself as failure. When I arrive at the point that I want, this situation doesn't mean success for me. When will I be successful in my life?

In my education life I never used trial-and-error methods because of fear. That is why I am thinking of my learning ability lie fallow. When will that situation change?

We are using old mediocre methods, we don't give a place to innovations. Why is the situation so? How can it change?

I am always trying to be smiler in work/school/my social environment even when I am going badly with situations. That is why people in my environment think me happy but I don't feel happy, I feel like I have getting heavier pressure on me.

I don't start a project/work before I am sure that I can get a perfect result, I postpone the project/work.

Do you want to get rid of that annoying loop which is covering every area of your life? Do you want to read how a person's (who gives Harvard's most popular lectures and also he was obsessed with the pursuit of perfect) life journey and how he could get rid of being obsessed with the pursuit of perfect by scientific proofs? Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar wrote "The Pursuit of Perfect: How to Stop Chasing Perfection and Start Living a Richer, Happier Life" to help you. That book is for you.

Take care of yourself...
